1.  Scheduling appointments - Starting in 2008 sessions must be paid for in full at the time of scheduling.  Your sitting fee amount is due at the time you book your appointment.  Your session time will not be secured unless this is done.  Sitting fees are non-refundable.  If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled time, your pre-paid sitting fee can be credited toward another appointment time.    No shows for scheduled sittings fees will be forfeited and not credited to another appointment time.  If you are a "Bebe Steps" program member and you miss your appointment as a "no show", you have to pay the full regular sitting fee amount to reschedule your appointment.  

2.  Print Orders  - All print orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering, no exceptions. 

3.  Online galleries will be accessible on the website for 7 days only.  Starting in 2008 expired galleries WIL NOT BE REPOSTED.  Once your gallery expires and you have not placed your order, you will have to schedule an appointment with me to order your prints.    

4.  Proofs from each session will be archived for only 6 months starting in 2008 unless you are a "Bebe Steps" plan member and yours will be archived for 12 months. 

5.  Saturday Appointments - Starting in 2008, the studio will only have Saturday sessions available for 1(one)  Saturday per month.  Once the Saturday appointments for that month are full, a waiting list will be available for cancellations.
