How do I view my pictures on-line?
Go to the Customer menu option and choose LOG IN. You must first create an account before you can log in.

What is a technique fee?
The technique fee is a fee charged for creating either the black and white picture with color tint or porcelain.

What should I expect for the photo session?
The length of the sessions is 30 minutes to 2 hours. This will allow time for feedings (newborns), playing, and getting comfortable with the new surroundings. Jennie never rushes her sessions, she fells that each child needs time to get acquainted with her.

What should be worn at the photo session?
Jennie likes to keep the focus on the subject(s), therefore, simple clothing choices are best for creating simple yet timeless portraits. Solid color clothing is highly recommended. Please try to avoid patterns on clothes or company/store logos. For a more natural look, casual dress is recommended. If families or children are being photographed together, clothes that coordinate in color and/or style looks the best. Babies and young children are often photographed in base skin as this adds to the natural feel of the portrait. You are welcome to bring several outfits to the session for Jennie's opinion. Jennie recommends that you photograph your child and/or children as you would see them everyday, as you would remember them.

When should I expect to be able to see my pictures online after the session?
Usually within a week after your session, all of your images will be available for viewing online. At that time you may order online or set up an appointment with Jennie to order in person.

How long can I view my proofs online?
Proofs are available online for 7 days to view. No exceptions. All orders must be made within this time. Baby steps members will be able to view their previous sessions for a brief time after the end of thier program.

How far in advance should I book a session?
Jennie is booked up to 4-6 weeks in advance. You should schedule your session as possible, especially newborn sessions.

Who should come to the session?
Please try to keep the number of people to a minimum. Children get overwhelmed and overstimulated if too many people are trying to make the child smile.

Can I scan or copy my prints?
Copying of any kind is strictly prohibited by federal copyright laws. It is ILLEGAL to reproduce professional images/pictures without written permission from the copyright owner. All images/pictures are copyright by Helmuth Photography. The minimum fine for scanning professional images without permission is $30,000. Violators WILL be prosecuted.
